Refund policy

Because all of our items are custom made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on clothing items that do not fit as we make every effort to display the proper sizing with each item. Custom shirts that are made with vinyl, stitched or DTF transfer are non-refundable/non exchangeable, due to the nature of this application process once the items leave our shop we have no control over if washing instructions etc. are followed correctly to ensure the longevity of the garment design.

Shirts made through the Design Your Own Shirt option and all other clothing on the website are applied with ink transfers not vinyl.

If your purchase is time sensitive please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate. Please keep in mind during high production times such as Christmas etc., I may not be able to complete these types of requests.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
